1. Not a crisis service

Salvere Psychology is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know is at immediate risk of harm, experiencing a medical emergency or feeling unsafe, please contact:

2. Website content

Content on this website is general information only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Our services

We provide psychology services by telehealth (video or phone) Australia-wide. In-person sessions are available for NDIS participants in Melbourne’s west on request.

The terms of your care are set out in your intake and consent form, or for NDIS participants, your Service Agreement. If anything on this page differs from those documents, they take precedence.

  • Telehealth: please join from a private, safe and quiet space, with a reliable internet connection and device.
  • In-person sessions: sessions take place in a safe and suitable setting agreed in advance.
  • We may pause, reschedule or end a session if the environment becomes unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Fees and cancellations

Fees and cancellation terms are listed in our Fees & Rebates section and on our NDIS page, and are confirmed in your intake and consent form or Service Agreement. Medicare rebates do not apply to cancellation fees.

5. Online booking and enquiries

Bookings are made through our client portal, which is provided by a third party under its own terms. Submitting an enquiry or NDIS expression of interest is not a booking. Services begin only once your appointment is confirmed, and for NDIS participants, once the Service Agreement and consent form are completed.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to Salvere Psychology and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Conduct

We are committed to a safe and respectful environment. We do not tolerate abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour, and we may decline or end services where it occurs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salvere Psychology is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Links to other websites

Our website links to third-party websites, including our booking portal and support services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
