Telehealth psychology for depression & low mood
Feeling flat, unmotivated, or disconnected from the people and interests that once mattered. Days can feel heavy, small tasks can take a lot of effort, and it can be hard to see a way forward.
What this can look like
- Persistent low mood, emptiness or irritability
- Losing interest or enjoyment in things you used to value
- Changes in sleep, appetite or energy
- Withdrawing from people, or feeling like a burden
- Harsh self-criticism, guilt or hopelessness
How we work
Therapy involves a structured look at the psychological and environmental factors contributing to how you feel. We work at a pace that suits you. This often starts with small, practical steps that help rebuild routine, energy and connection, alongside working with the thinking patterns that keep low mood in place. Approaches are drawn from evidence-based therapies including mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Working alongside your GP
Many people see their GP first. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can claim Medicare rebates for therapy, and we can keep your GP informed with your consent. If medication is part of your care, therapy works well alongside it.

Telehealth suits most adults who are medically and psychiatrically stable. Some presentations need more intensive or in-person care. See conditions we don’t support. If you need urgent help, visit our crisis and emergency support page.
