Work, life transitions & grief
Some of the hardest periods in life don’t fit neatly under a diagnosis. Pressure at work, a role that’s changed, a loss that’s reshaped everything, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost your direction. These are common reasons people seek support.
Work and role pressures
The psychological impact of workload, environment, career changes, or feeling “stuck”. This includes people in high-pressure roles (health professionals, business owners and corporate professionals), people out of the workforce due to illness, and people navigating a return to work.
Confidence, identity & direction
For people navigating uncertainty about self-worth, personal direction or identity, or questioning decisions, roles or future goals. Therapy focuses on clarifying what matters to you and how you want to move forward.
Major life events, loss & grief
Significant losses or events can disrupt stability and identity. These include bereavement, illness, separation, retirement, becoming a parent or carer, or sudden, unexpected change. Grief has no set timeline, and there’s no “right” way to feel. We offer a steady space to make sense of what’s happened and find your footing.
